Appointments and Consultations

To schedule an appointment with Dr. Holmes, please call 334-887-5060. We accept new patient appointments by provider referral.

Our office hours:

Monday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Tuesday 8:00am - 4:00pm
Wednesday 8:00am - 4:00pm
Thursday 7:30am - 4:00pm
Friday 8:00am - 12:00pm

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify our office at least 24 hours prior to the time of your scheduled visit. There will be a NO SHOW fee of $35 for office visits and $50 for cosmetic visits.

Insurance Coverage

Our office accepts the following insurance plans:

Medicare, Tricare Standard, BCBS of Alabama and Viva Medicare.

If you do not see your insurance company listed, please contact our office with any questions.

We will file a claim with your insurance company for your visit; however, your co-payment and deductibles are due at the time of your visit. You will be responsible for any services denied by your insurance carrier.

Refill Request

For established patients only, you may email prescription refill requests or request non-urgent appointments at info@auburndermatology.net
